Charged for 2 drinks, only had one. Fruit cup tasted rotten and fruit was old. Sandwich looked like it was just slapped together.

Maria was not nice and pushy while I was trying to pull up my bar code on my phone app. She acted impatient and irritated with me.

The potato soup was extremely watery and completely nasty. I normally get the soup at the Meyerland location so this was my first time getting it at Pearland location. It has a very funny taste too it which was very disheartening as I was looking forward to it.

The item I had specifically come to get was no longer on the menu. I ordered something else and it took 30 minutes to come out to me. This experience made me feel really bad for all the times I complained about the baybrook location. I will not return to this location again.
