Cooks were playing and talking to servers, there was only a few people actually working at all. They were not concerned that the line tripled while they were playing around.

I was missing oatmeal cookie, chocolate milk and fruit. So many items were missing from my order. I couldn’t believe it. I have never had this happen to me before.

I'm very disappointed with La Madeleine. I used to go there for dinner because my husband and I love the Basil tomato soup, that made us to consider this soup and some parmesan sour cream and pesto cheese straws for xmas dinner, so through online orders we decided to buy the soup for 10 people. When we picked up the order, they gave us a huge package so we thought everything was going to be fine, but at home we realized that they just gave us a small pocket of soup! we were definitely very concerned because it wasn't going to be enough for our dinner, so we went to HEB to buy more Madeleine soup in the containers there, and our surprise was that we paid $40.00 for a pocket with the amount of 2 containers! when we could go to HEB and pay less than $20.00 for those 2 containers instead $40.00!! my husband and I were very angry and disappointed, that day they closed earlier and we didn't know it!! just because we were in the area and we decided to pick the soup up... and also, today I was checking my bank account and I have a charge for 80.00, when the invoice was for $67.12... so many errors, I got overcharged, the Madeleine showed me I can not trust in catering with them...

I went over to ask about a $5 coupon that was not applied to my to go order. Associate was rude about the situation stating I had to place it through the app. I asked for my soup to be refunded and then bought again so the coupon could be applied and she was hesitant about it.

We have used La Madeleine before with no issues. This time we had a customer event, the order was late and wrong, so a second delivery was made. However, we had to order pizza due to this error, as we had customers in house for an event. This was totally unsatisfactory and we will not be using your service anymore.

I was very satisfied with la Madeleine's. The food was excellent. And the service was first class.
