My husband and I stopped for lunch. We were able to go in and order right away. I used my app to check out which was very convenient.

The app and online ordering are very problematic. The telephone call center is horrible. Telephone ordering should be done through the actual restaurant location.

I appreciate the hospitality of the employees during this covid19 epidemic. It is very important now more than ever we need to stay safe and focus on the lives of others and La Madeleine is top of the list in service.

So happy to be dining in again

I had to wait to order my food, but I didn't mind one bit. The customer ahead of me was Deaf/Hard of hearing, and the associate behind the counter took her time to make sure the gentleman had what he needed. Great job!!

This was my second day in a row coming to La Madeline and Kimmy was very sweet and took great care of me. Also her eyebrows were on fleek.

I had my first croque monsuier and it was great. I really appreciate your store being open and allowing for cafe seating. Also, the crew was great. I will be back soon and I am already telling everyone I know that you all are open and offering cafe seating.

My wife and myself have been going to La Madeline for many years and love everything about the restaurant. The people are so nice and of course the food is great. Keep up the great work.
