I love this café since the staff are always friendly. The food is always good and the coffee is great. This café is close to my home. I love the bakery.

When your food is always hot - just of the grill, that is GREAT. I love getting my coffee ( and ) refills. Even with a crowd, you still get your food quicker than any restaurant.

The associate (Schwanda) was extremely helpful and courteous. I ordered a menu item but requested a modification and she graciously and without hesitation handled my request with a smile!

Love, love, love the staff at the Severn St, Metairie, LA location. They make it very enjoyable. IT feels like home.

Associate at To Go Counter indicated she was new. I felt she did an excellent job of handling my requests. She didn't seem like a new employee as she did her job with ease and confidence.

Besides this being a great way to start the day, I am continually impressed with the server Larry. He always attends to anything that is needed, and always goes above and beyond. He learns our ways and accommodates before we ask each week. ALWAYS, ALWAYS pleasant and works hard. If he happens to not be there on a particular day, it is noticed that things are not up to par, ie coffee pots being filled, etc.
