Upon entry, I noticed the cleanliness of the cafe. The food looked very fresh. The service personnel was very friendly and accomodating. The food and dessert were delicious.

The salad sampler items I chose were fresh and delicious. The associates were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was adequate seating inside and outside, with tables marked as “unavailable” to enforce social distancing guidelines. The associates wore their masks properly.

we had some not very good experiences at the elmwood location (mold on food) so this is definitely our go to!

We love the ambience and the pastries. Once in a while we indulge in the lovely salads or at breakfast add a little light alcohol. The staff is so friendly always makes my wife and I feel very welcome.

I am always happy with my la Madeleine experience since the staff is always friendly and the food is always good . I also find the coffee to be very good.

I was having trouble using the app, but an employee helped me. The eclair and coffee were fantastic! Thank you!
