Maria Roy was such a pleasure as she was patient and very nice throughout the visit. She patiently waited until I made a decision on what to get and she offered her help on making a decision. She is the model of what great service should be and I hope there are more Maria Roy's at La Madeleine. She has made my visit very pleasant and I will definitely return.

this was such a nice visit. it was our second time coming and it was a very nice experience. all of the employees were very friendly, and we got our food pretty quickly.

The customer service was great. As well as the food. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. My food came out perfect and there was no problem with it.

Tables are always covered in dirty dishes. Staff person said they are too short handed to take care of the dining room.
