la Madeleine

Because i've been to a lot of good madeleines .so that is why i am not highly satisfied.

The complementary bread was hard as rock. I order a french dip and had to ask for my Au dip. The tomato basil soup was not hot..almost cold.

They were cleaning the floors during my visit but on arrival there was paper and food scraps on the floor. it did not give a sanitary feel to the cafe.

I don't think cashiers who handle money/credit cards should also serve food. Money and cards are dirty and full of germs. I stopped going to La Mad for a while for morning pastries because of this. I just purchased soup, and the cashier should have washed her hands or not serve food altogether.

Our La Madeliene app had a $20 credit reward. When it was scanned the reward was removed from the app and the discount was $1.44. Nothing could be done because the evidence of the credit was removed from the app.

Madeleine is delicious and they have amazing service. And my favorite dish is the croque monsieur it is scrumptious and delightful.And the dessert's especially the almond croissant.

Very satisfied, but don't eat here often.

Had to ask for trays. Had to wait for bread plates.
