Ordered salad with dressing on the side it arrived with dressing on the salad. I sent back to the Manager they replaced the salad without the dressing and on the side. You put to much dressing on the salad it is soaked

The food was not hot and the quiche was not cheesy or very good

Like the soup

Napoleon was much smaller than I thought it would be and than I remember - too little for the high price! Either increase the portion or reduce the price!

Evidently something was wrong with the system so they could not scan my rewards into their system

My order was ready when I arrived and already paid for via the mobile app. I had to wait for the 3 people on line to order and pay before the associate would simply hand me my food.

Breakfast options can be increased. Any change in bread? To-go cup not self serviced.

I purchased four Parfait but Server forgot to put lids on Parfaits. I also opted for Sourdough bread but the employee forgot my order. I have no complaint with her. But manager or some senior person who was assisting her also forgot. I was in that notion that I had the bread and came home and found nothing of sort. They did not charge me. I just want them in the future to be careful and double check.

The experience with the cafe' was fine, but would like some improvements on the app. I was not able to choose which credit card I wanted to use. This was for a company lunch & I ended up charging it to my personal card. Would like the choice of cc to be an option. Not enough room on app ordering for special instructions.

It was funny. At the end of our visit. We wanted a paper sack. Went to the pastry counter and asked for a sack to take home our croissant. We were told to go to the main counter. Which we did then that lady walked back to the pastry counter and was given a sack. Why wouldn’t the first person give us a sack?
