I ordered a 20oz bottle of coke and I did not get what I ordered. Instead I got a coke fountain drink of unknown size.

I walked in and it was nice. I ordered but because of these Rona masks I had to repeat myself multiple times to the cashier. I was also unsatisfied at the lack of free bread due to COVID or whatever there excuse is. Other than that though the food was good, the service was a bit slower than I would like but I was also starving so of course it feels like forever.

We placed an order for $100+ and specifically asked for the bread and jam that is normally in the cafe. I also confirmed in the cafe when I picked up my order that the bread and jam was in there and verbally confirmed it was there. Part of the reason I go to la mad is the bread and jam that comes complimentary with orders. If jam and bread don’t come with the order, then I should get a discount on the order.

It was really hard to reach someone on the phone at Lewisville Vista Ridge location. The phone connection was BAD. They just cut my call. I had to wait on the phone many times to talk to a human. The associates I spoke to did not know enough about catering order. I had to correct them a couple of times to make sure I get the proper items being ordered. The bruschetta bread was soo hard to bite.

I was in the line and the computer shut down and I had to wait 10 minutes until it restarted.

Satisfactory weekend or late afternoon service seems almost totally lacking. This was a simple "to go" order but there was no apparent interest to see that, example, 'the potato soup was stired to see that some of the solid content was served instead of just broth." The bread tray incidentally was near empty at time of this visit. Deficiencies noted have been mentioned because same situation has been noted during past weekend or late afternoon visits.

I got a caesar salad and added shrimp but the problem I have was my SALAD was missing dressing...I guess you have to ask for dressing when you order a salad, now I guess I'll be heading to Walmart to spend money I shouldnt have to, everything food wise is great just a little angry I'm missing a main component of a salad.

I placed my order on my computer with the same login as my Rewards account only to find they are not linked so my order did not track to my Rewards account. The associate explained the orders have to be place through the app. I'll do that going forward but it would be awesome if we could order in either one and still receive rewards.

Rep was very Impatient. Talked and questioned me about ordering a Salad Gave Incorrect Change Back Got home and Salad was good but French Onion Soup was Broth and Onions. No Bread or Cheese. Have dined in before with my daughter. If I do go back for a to-go order will definitely check my order before leaving.

Recently downloaded the app for ease in ordering. Arrived at pick up time and order had not been started. Staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed at having to put order together. Planning to delete the app. Won’t go back.
