Price is little high. Especially during this time when people are losing jobs, to make the restaurant profitable reduce the prices of the products.

i placed my order to go and did not check it until I was 200 miles down the road. There was nothing in my to go order to eat my salad or Strawberry Romanoff with. Also, I ordered the large size of the strawberries and received a very very small container of the Romanoff.

We ordered muffins to be ready on Monday morning when we went. THE MUFFIN ORDER WAS NOT DONE, AND THE ASSOCIATE ACTED AS IF IT DIDN'T MATTER.

only one at "to go" counter. Waited 39 min asked for extra sauce on pasta, did not receive it

You stopped serving the spinach chicken salad that has strawberries and replaced it with a version with apples. It was gross. The apples were slimy, the spinach was not fresh, there was very little chicken and it was swimming in cheese. I will have trouble finding something I want to eat, and I’m so dissatisfied with the replacement. It

They were out of fat free ceasar dressing. The whole reason I stopped in. The waitress came to my table after I had ordered to let me know & so I could select another salad. Very disappointed. :( Waitress was great though if would have been helpful if she brought a menu with her.

My order was not accurate. I asked to have sauce on the side as I like to control the amount of sauce. No sauce! I asked for a loaf of bread, it was not sliced! It is always sliced when I get my loaf. Also this being the last day of the month, it was not free. I did not get a free loaf this month. So I paid for an loaf that WAS NOT SLICED! I did not get my sauce. I didn’t realize this until I got home. Okay, I was in a hurry and part is my fault for not making sure they did their job. My birthday is not until next month but I did get my cake free.

Cashier not mannered

The young lady Felan Gilbert that waited on me was extremely rude. After just standing there and not being acknowledged, I asked her if she could help me. She was very rude. I had a friend with me and we were both shocked at her attitude. I ordered a bakery item and a hot tea and she tried to give me a paper cup. After telling her, I would prefer a china cup, she seemed very irritated. A man then took her place, and I had to ask him for a plate for my bakery item. While proceeding to get my tea, the tea bags were no longer out on the counter, and I had to try to find someone to help me. The whole thing was exhausting. Another person at my table also had the same experience at the bakery counter.

Wanted our usual mushroom soup. Not available anymore. Associate was unfriendly and not helpful about the reason when we asked why. Needed a table but most were dirty and ended up cleaning one ourselves when no one was available.
