The girl taking the order was annoyed that she had to do her job. She was not friendly. She did not care about getting the order right. She was leaning on the counter like she was totally disinterested. Horrible experience. I wanted to let the manager know about my experience. Never seen a manager, ever. This place used to have good managers and employees. Not any more.

Ordered a hot sandwich & it Took 35 minutes to get to me. It was cold so it was obviously sitting there for a bit. Came to le madelines for the sake of nostalgia as my mother really liked y’all but I personally won’t be returning again. Soured the experience and there’s better places to eat with higher quality food & service.

There was no one to take out orders. The person making our sandwich did not have gloves. All people handling the food need to wear gloves.

Order was wrong and didn’t know till we got home. Cashier advised they don’t take order call center does. Potatoe soup was water.

My order was not ready when I came to pick it up. The order was not prepared properly. I got home and both of my Cesar salads were missing Cesar dressing. I picked up my order right before the restaurant closed so I couldn’t drive back or call to ask for the dressing. One of the chicken friand was cold and undercooked.
