la Madeleine

We were warmly greeted by Janae. She got our order perfectly correctly and delivered part of it to our table when we had forgotten an item at the counter. She also cheerfully retrieved metal silverware when I indicated displeasure with the plastic kind. I could almost see her smiling at us behind her mask even though metallic silverware is such a small matter. She is a real asset to this store!

Order was correct. Made fresh decaf when told what was available was cold. Food and coffee tastes very good. Bran muffin was available.

This is one of my favorite LaMadeline because have been coming since my kids were small. They have grown up and are on their own now so this place has a lot of good memories for me. The food and ambience is great.

Great food service

Osmi prepared and brought our breakfast to the table. It was excellent and still very warm. The three downsides of our experience, two of them probably due to Covid cutbacks and cleanliness issueswere these: 1. there is no longer brown sugar available for for our coffee; 2. there is no lemon out for our waters and refills; 3. It took too long for the internet to process my payment on the La Mad app. We are confident that when Covid retreats La Mad will be back on the top of the value game. Thanks for breakfast.
