Employee was very happy and kind. Food was ready when it was promised. Food was delicious as always.

I really enjoyed my experience. The food was so good and the staff were so patient. I can't wait to come back. I got a gift card for my birthday and decided to use it. I'm so glad I did. It made my day.

I find La Madeline a relaxing environment, with good quality food that I can afford. Staff is always pleasant. Staff is helpful ( sometimes I have difficulty using my apps), and patient with those of us who are not "tech savvy" or trying to make choices. I have never been disappointed with my food selections and am grateful that you opened in Tyler TX!

I placed my order immediately. Also, Gloria was very efficient and courteous. Gloria made sure there wasn"t anything else I wanted or needed.

Loved the coffee. Curbside was fast and simple.

After I picked up my order, noticed it was not accurate. Called, spoke with a manager. Went back to get fixed and he fixed the problem. During this time with everyone looking for negative it was nice to have great customer service, even when the order was not accurate. Thanks for being open and catering to people who still continue to work during this time!!

I've never had a bad meal here; this vista, I was pleased to see the dining room was open when many restaurants offered limited services because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gabriella is such a pleasant young girl always with a smile when she greets you. Always look forward to bringing friends with me to eat. Great Place!!
