Always friendly. Furnishings need help. Looks tattered. Good food for value. Need soymilk consistently.

Chris (female) who serves the salads is extremely kind. She always remembers my order exactly how I like it and is so nice to me.

I love their food and their service. Also, that the place is always clean. The preparation of the food was quick. The employees are always welcoming and friendly.

We had the almond croissants. They were just out of the oven. They were warm. These were the best tasting they have been likely because they were just out of the oven. There were lots of almonds and filling. Very good.

Vanessa the cashier was very kind and courteous. I highly enjoyed the atmosphere of the cafe, and the food was quite delicious. I am definitely going to be coming back soon!

Everyone in the process of ordering is friendly and helpful. Kristina the catering manager is accommodating and friendly and makes the experience very easy. Sometimes ordering food for a crowd is stressful because you want to ensure you have enough, it will be good, and arrive on time. Both times I have ordered from La Madeleine, all three of these factors were satisfied, which is why I will continue to order catering from this store. Thanks for making it easy for me!!!
