The food is delicious, we always get good service, it is a nice experience to dine here.

Because everything I asked for was done: dressing on the side, stir the soup and get it from the bottom so it would be hot, etc. I asked for help with getting the la Madeleine app, and a girl came to my table to help me. She moved a sign on the table so that I could sit at that table. Problem: lately the sourdough bread is VERY hard, even to the middle. Yesterday, no white sourdough. I eat there about once a week, every time I go to Tyler. I wish the bread could be fresher. And I love when I am in the bathroom, I can say the French phrases and count in French. I am in perfect timing with the voice!!! I was happy when I left because of the lemon madeleine.

Ambiance is pleasant but not overbearing. I always like the endless good coffee, keeps me coming back since college almost 30 years ago. Daughter likes it too.

The cashier was very nice and friendly. The food taste really good. The ambience is excellent.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the counter listened to me and understood my order immediately---no need to keep repeating or explaining as at other restaurants. My order was a to-go order; my wait time was reasonable. I was very pleased overall.
