I had ordered the cafe sampler which included 1/2 of the chicken friand and asked that the mushroom sauce be put in a containeer on the side. It was presented to me with the sauce on top of the friand. I said to the girl that I had asked for it to be on the side, but didn't ask her to change it. But I should have, because I think it stays warmer while I eat my soup (which was warm this time but hardly ever) and eat the salad. The friand is the last thing I eat, and I like to dip the croissant bits in the sauce. By the time I got to eat the friand, it was a bit soggy since the sauce was on it all that time. But the food was delicious.

it took 20 minutes to get a manager on the line to approve the order for the store in Tyler.

There doesn’t seem to be enough staff working at once or a sense of urgency in helping customers when they walk in. I had to wait 5 minutes just to order a cup of black coffee.

Only 3 customers and 1 employee to fix orders. Other workers that did not come help.

Associate wore gloves while handling multiple items then food. This did not meet hygiene code. He was very friendly though and provided excellent service!

This is my second time here, my mothers first. I spoke highly about my last experience. I will more than likely return. Food was great last time
