Ordered French toast and it was not available for breakfast. Had to change order to waffles. I would like to be able to order tomato soup at breakfast but it is never available.

Photos don't acutely show what we ordered. The coffee was cold. Broccoli was watery.

It took us a long time to get our entrees (we ordered two Chicken LaMadeleines) and then once we got it, the rice was dry and crunchy. However, even though my husband and I did not say anything the manager came over to us and gave us a couple of gift cards for the food being out late. That made me really happy and made me feel like we well got our money's worth. Because we feel like the manager knows what's going on, we have no problems going back to the restaurant very soon.

I ordered a hot chocolate. It was not hot and 2/3 of the cup was whipped cream. Everything else was excellent

Hire better employees with better people skills that includes managers.

Almost every time the service is very, very slow. Need more personnel, faster check-out process perhaps, etc. For people on a lunch hour, it's not the place to visit. Also, once again, they did not get my order correct.

Sometimes the noise volume in restaurant is too much

I hate to mention this because I know it is personal and a sensitive issue, however One of the workers, I believe his name was Kyzer, had extremely strong body odor and every time he walked by our table it would overwhelm us and really took away from our experience.

Our of Strawberries Romanov at 2pm on a Monday. Pastery display had hardly anything in it. Was told they were out. This location is always out of food or bread. Last visit, no bread for a Monte Cristo.

Everything was fine, Creme Burlee is always good.
