My order was missing food I had paid for ! And since I waited so long it was cold!

We said that we wanted the "Chicken, Swiss & Pesto" sandwich as listed on the app. The app described the sandwich as coming on an olive roll. The actual order came out on a bagette when we ordered this sandwich just to try to olive roll. We were really disappointed.

We were overall satisfied with the visit. The only thing was a little disappointment with the food. I would like to see more calorie content posted on your new entree items and to see more healthier entree items to choose from. We have been going more to Zoes Kitchen rather than La Madeleine lately for these reasons.

The prices are a little high

I have been going to this location for awhile now. The friendliness of the staff has gone downhill as well as the skill of the staff. They tend to keep messing up orders and overall not being helpful. There are a few staff members who are AWESOME but the majority can do way better.

It took a long time for my food to come. I had to go ask about it.

Restaurant is dirty with no clean tables and it was like this when we were here before. Employees don’t act like they care if they have customers or not. Not friendly and not motivated.

We always love your food, but this time it seems everything was different. The pesto pasta was not the same dish as before. There was barely any pesto sauce, no tomatoes and no taste. The chicken pieces were not good. Quinoa salad was not near as good as before. Salted baguette was much saltier than previous times, to the point of over powering. Previously we have been very satisfied. Quality has slipped a lot since pandemic. Only thing that was still excellent was cream brulee. It does seem like the La Madeleine in Dallas on Lovers never disappoints. The Tyler store seems to struggle.

The women taking our order and working the cash register were very unfriendly. The food was tasteless. The bright spark was the young man bussing tables. He was fabulous and helpful
