The price of the half Croquet Monsieur sandwich was more like a quarter of the size of a sandwich instead. I was very upset for the price and size I received. I ordered take out and I am a member of the Club so I know what the size of my sandwich should be as this is what I order all the time.

Everything was great until I showed up to pick up my order at 7:45am and they did not receive my online order. I do not fault the local store, I fault corporate. I was told that happened just the week before. Instead of getting my order for 60 people by 7:45am; it was delivered close to 10:00am. The local store did their best and even took off some of the price; but it is not professional to be a service oriented store and offer online ordering that may/or may not work. Very embarrassing to me and the store workers.

My to go soup container was a little less than half full. My quinoa salad was very mushy. I have had this order many times without a problem, but today was not good. I would expect to get more than half a container of soup and I was already gone by the time I discovered it!

I ordered the French Country Breakfast. While the taste of the food was good the temperature of the food was NOT. My Over Medium Eggs were very runny in the center of the two eggs. I literally had to spoon out the uncooked portion! Everything else was at room temperature at best. This is one of the reasons we DO NOT EAT Breakfast very often at this location.

I have now been here to eat (both dine-in and to-go) 4 times, each time my food has not been prepared correctly. The food is also way too buttery and greasy, past the point of appetizing. I've had 2 different desserts so far however and they've both been absolutely delicious.

The French dip arrived at our table without the dip. The pasta ordered had very watery sauce, not creamy as advertised.

No customers waiting in line and it took several minutes for someone to take our order. When we are paying I said could I have some bread and the man employee said we ran out of bread!!!!! It was 3:11 pm I said how long is it going take for you to have bread and he said very short I don’t know! He didn’t have any customer service skills. Usually we are greeted in French in other restaurants. I went to check the pastry area and he had 2 baguettes that he could have offered to customers to solve the issue. 25 min later and they don’t have bread.

Half sandwich was about a fourth with about a tablespoon of chicken salad. Mushroom soup was also a small amount.
