Ordered a cookie thru the app, and my meal however the store called to say that don't have that cookie and if I wanted another one but I didn't, however they can't do a refund thru the register. So I was told to ask for the manager when I get here so I can get my refund. Then I got the restaurant and the manager was busy and would do it later, however my money was taken why can't I have the refund just as quick. Why wouldn't the app reflect what the store as or does. The is unacceptable in the 21st century. Also dirty tables all over the restaurant. Please have someone higher than the manager call me.

I love la Madeleine. The people are always very friendly, service is always great, and the cafe is always clean. Also, the food is delicious.

All I ordered was Potato soup and was completely cold. I had to take it home and warm it up. She filled the bowl to overflowing. Made a mess me trying to get it to the table. I have been three times the last month. Various meetings. Each time the food and service has been awful. Time before I had to argue to get a fresh quiche made. This is close to my work so use to go once a week. Service and food use to be excellent.

Have messed up my order the last several times I have been and or the service has been horrible. I have been meeting friends there monthly for a few years and switched last month but decided to try one more to go order. I regret that decision.

Ordered tomato basil soup for my sick wife over the phone before I left our house. The order was taken as if everything was fine but I show up to find out they’re out. I drove across town for nothing. It’s not a problem to run out of things but it’s not okay to not disclose such information until after I get there. No compensation was offered on any other item the young lady just simply said ‘sorry I just served the last bowl.’ The employees should know better than to take orders they cannot fulfil.
