Emily is amazing perfect at customer service and handling a special request the cafe was very clean all the tables were bust ambiance is always wonderful Jared is a doll

Well, we got behind a party of 7. Who were indecisive. After that everything was ok. So waitress got it together and took our order. I like the fire place, it’s always on. My picky husband even likes the soups. The bread selection is great. Thanks

Great customer service went to a baby shower - manager very personal judged the diaper cakes Then I went to the take our - Nick had great customer service quick and personal packaged my soup thoughtfully. Thanks best service I have received at la Madeline in a long time I normally go to a different one and the service isn't as good.

The staff assisted with my meal order, recommending what sides would be best for my meal and how I should have it prepared. They were friendly and knowledge about their food. This restaurant is one of my family’s favorites.
