The person who took my order did not place it accurately. This caused a delay in getting my food and my food was cold.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I will recommend to someone else in the near future. I love their food here

Everything was great other than i wasn't acknowledged and waited to order. It was not busy and i was the only one ordering. I had to go ask for some of my order after they brought the food.

The staff was changed and not as fast like the morning crew. The food was was not as hot as it usually is. The table numbers have a small base and fall down on the table. All and all I still love La Madeleine.

Ordered soup and no spoons were available in utensil area.

It was a really good experience but there was a minor glitch and my Apple Pay was not working. Other than that tho it was a very good experience

When there are no other customers present, I think servers should be more prompt. Should also ask if I would like my pastry warmed. I should also be asked if I would lik a to go cup for my coffee.

I work here, I really want a cherry yogurt Danish. I got half a croque because I ate the other half of ny girlfriends turkey bistro.

Breakfast is good and the dessert is excellent!
