The bread tray was nearly empty and those remaining end pieces were very dry. The bread tray should have been replenished long before we got there. Once we notified the staff, it was refilled.

One order of strawberry romanof had Mich fewer strawberries than the other 2 orders. I had to bring it up to the one prepping my order.

It was wonderful

I wish the entrance and menus were in an area that was not directly in the entrance, it seems to cause a lot of confusion and traffic. This is something that is at every location though, it’s just a bit awkward and uncomfortable especially for first timers.

No mustard available, kids running around everywhere, wanted to try new menu item and staff was not nice when asking about it. Soup was watery.

We would like the tomatoe soup more lighter not that heavy

They didn’t have the carrot cake we order every year. I was told it wouldn’t be available this season. That was disappointing

I ordered on line and when I arrived at the location, the order was not ready. Not a big issue. I was also told that the pastry I had ordered "may" not be available since the staff were instructed to "sell out" of a different pastry first. I was able to get what I had ordered even though the other pastry was not sold out. I always enjoy the food. Minor issues are no big deal. I will always return since the food is so yummy.

I am new to the experience so it was a little confusing for me placing the order but it is not restaurant's fault. I was still treated with patience and kindness.

We waited for a lengthy time before anyone acknowledged us.
