the cashier was not very good. couldn't seem to get her act together.

La Madeline is not the same as the one on IH281 and 1604 was two or three years ago. Food is not presented to me all that well. Not according to old specifications. Example: the last two yogert parfeits had yogert oozing over edge of bowl. No greeting when walking in or on exit . . .

Lukewarm beef tartine sandwich, no caramelized onions and fatty meat

I was very satisfied. Only need to have more staff. All very friendly though

The venue is clean and the staff is Friendly as one would expect. However it was not over the top beyond my expectations. I’m also not available to return to this location frequently as I do not live near this location.

Its an ok place.

When ordering the waitress forgot to put our dessert on the ticket. our server forgot to bring the dessert that was on our take it to the table. Three of the tables against the wall where waiting to be bussed and were not available for seating.

I enjoy having a cappuccino and croissant at least once a week. Quality is consistent and so is the service. La Madeleine is my go to spot to get away, relax and enjoy good food.

It would be nice if servers smiled a little when interacting with customers. It was a beautiful day and when my friend's plate was brought out she told the gentleman (who never once cracked a smile) "Thank you" and he just walked away. Was not very nice.

Pricing is a little high in my opinion. I would like to see a few items on the menu that are less expensive. I would like to see shorter wait times to order a peak hours.
