No longer have the French eggs Benedict!

The cashier seems like she did not want to be there at all. We feel not welcome at all. One of my order took more than 35 minutes long instead of 15 minutes as they said.

I went into the restaurant to pickup my food and none of the attendance ask me if I needed help or what I was there for. I had to say something to them about my order, I was in front of 3 attendance and none of them acknowledge I was standing there. Rude attendance.

I drove in from Austin and stopped at this location because I have always had a good experience with it. However, this time I ordered chicken with my salad and when I got home there was no chicken with my order. I was upset because I live 30 minutes for this location and there was no way I was going to drive back for the chicken.

Potato cake was not good. Lettuce on sandwich was old. My rewards did not take at register

Order was wrong. Correct order was not waem. American breakfast is eggs and bacon. neither were at proper temp.

No coffee available American or French so had to drink decaf

The ordering process was quick, however the checking out and paying for my order took more time than I anticipated. The other employees helped the struggling associate so it ended up working out fine.

I was buying a dozen prepackaged cookies for church and I needed six more and the manager wanted to charge me to have someone put them in clear bags for me...I needed them Individually wrapper with ribbons to match the rest. I asked very politely but you could cut the tension in the air… Then I ordered a sandwich and it was a hot sandwich and it was supposed to be a cold sandwich he took it back and had it made over but he seemed Irritated with me… Then I went to the bathroom and the young lady in the stall next to me took a dump, talked on her cell phone to whoever was picking her up on her cell phone to whoever was picking her up, explaining to them that she needed 10 more minutes because they needed her to do one more thing before she could get off… Flushed, Then she left the bathroom walk right out and did NOT wash her hands I watched her… La Madeline’s uniform and those black shoes they wear… I was disgusted I have never been dissatisfied with the environment or the customer service in one of your restaurants they were my favorite until now The only reason I left there with my food was because she was not in the area where it was packaged or prepared…
