I called informing them I was at a curbside spot to pick up my order. The employee who answered the phone was rude and I waited 30 minutes after my first call informing them I was there before calling again asking for a status update as they hadn’t brought out my food and they replied with “oh. yeah your food is here. I’ll bring it out now”

This is the second time I ordered online and picked up my order and had missing items from my order. I did not receive two of my side salads that was to accompany my chicken parisien sandwiches.

The person taking order was not very friendly she was repeating an order I did not place sounded robotic and sounded like she did not want to be there.

I had the grilled chicken Cesar salad and the chicken was cold. The salad was not good with the cold chicken. I didn’t know the chicken was cold till I sat down to eat my salad. That is something that should be said to the customer that the chicken is cold, please go back to the warm chicken on the salad!

It took 35 minutes to get us 2 coffees, we had to remind them about our order. And when we got our coffees they were cold.

I ordered from the mobile app and each time my order isn’t right or it’s not ready. This time I picked up my order when I got home I was missing the chicken that was suppose to be included with my salad. I called the location the employee and the manager could not figure how to issue a refund due to the error. So I drove all the way back to the location to pick up the chicken. Worst service I have ever received.

Took 20 minutes for food to come out. My country breakfast was COLD my potatoes were old and very greasy and my bacon was old as well. The manager on duty NEVER came over and took care of the problem the cashier took care of it.That is not the cashiers problem. Michael the manager on duty was visible but never came by I have never seen him before .Other managers were accommodating but not this one. Very disappointing we were going to go to Cheddard's but decided to go to La Madeleine instead.The restaurant was not even busy.
