I’m always highly satisfied with La Madeleine, because the food that I order is usually very good. The service is always friendly, and I really like the staff. Despite being a chain, La Madeleine has a neighborhood feel, and I consistently enjoy my experience at La Madeleine, especially since theFirst Colony remodel.

WE have been to this la Madeleine cafe several times in the past. This is the first time that we have been there with the Covid-19 restrictions in place. They have done a marvelous job of adhering to the safety issues and the food was delicious as usual

All the staffs are nice and easy to talk too, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food are always in the right temperature. Good price also except that the serving size are less now.

The food is ALWAYS delicious. It is ready when I get there (ordered to go, immediately brought to car). It is pricey at times but I still pay cos it is sooo good.

My wife had accidentally ordered a wrong item from the bakery, but they happily modified our order to the desired item! Always have wonderful customer service at this location.

The food is the same quality every time, almost every time. Once in the last 4 weeks i ordered chicken chaser salad ( i have ordered that a dozen times before) this time the chicken was Burt.

I can not put my finger to it... it is just a very pleasant experience, like in the early days
