utensil bins are not clean on the bottom. tables not clean - sticky, though no apparent food and seats are not wiped.

The tomato basil soup is unlike it used to taste. It's very acidic now and not as creamy.

First let me say this does not happen all the time. However, this visit our Chicken Crepe Riveria and Balsamic Salmon were lukewarm when we received it.

The system was not able to scan my code for the visit from my phone. I think it was because the cashier did not know how to operation the machine. More training might be needed for the staff.

The food was excellent. The person who took my order on the day of pick up was unprofessional and incompetent. The order I gave her had my name and order number on it and she kept asking me for my name while talking to someone.....I repeated my name several times and also told her it is on the order which she has right in front of her. She was totally incompetent. Got saved by the "Manager", not sure, but the gentlemen who then came was totally professional, knew what to do and brought the bags to me and offered to bring them into my car, which I gladly accepted. I bought also 2 baguettes and have to say that this young men was so upbeat, so friendly and he just made my day. So Thank you to this young men, thank you to the Gentlemen who helped me and thank you to the cook for the great food. The young Lady that I encountered I would either give her extensive training on customer service or let her go.
