There were Flying gnats over the bakery area, mt salad contained old pieces of Romaine & the soup was too thick.

I placed a large order, and there was a small mistake. I received 2 tomato pastas instead of one tomato pasta and one tomato basil soup. When I spoke with the manager and I told him that I could not come back. He had it delivered and upgraded the size of my soup and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I appreciated how he quickly handled the situation.

The lemon mads were very average, nd not fresh. The salad had some black leaves.

Ordered online and selected ASAP. The order did not show up on the store system for 15 minutes.

I made a chicken sandwich, soup and a Caesar salad Togo, I very much made the same orders every time, the thing make me upset is , the salad sometimes only come very little ( of cause I don’t mean stack up full , but at least have to look decent ) , some time I got home take out my food , look like the salad box came from someone leftover

Sometimes the service is excellent and sometimes it seems like no one cares. I am in Sugar Land and most of the times I like the service.

I like the flavor of the chicken salad, but there is way too much celery in it. The tomato basil pesto pasta is still amazing even with the penne and the vegetable soup is my new favorite after the french lentil and kale.

My salad was served first. My sandwich was brought a few minutes later. I requested they hold it in the kitchen until I was done with my salad. She did not understand me, left the sandwich on the table and brought a container of sauce to me.

I am sorry but I was satisfied. I ordered several loaves of bread to go. Staff was very efficient.
