la Madeleine

I’ve been eating at la Madeleine for many years now. The service is always great, the people are friendly. I never had a bad experience.

This LaMadeline is reliable for most items, especially bakery products. I greatly appreciate the way this cafe handled the earliest days of the Covid crisis. I am loyal to this cafe and my local Becks for how well they handled the crisis.

Service was quick and products quality great.

I visit this location at least five times a week. They have an excellent staff...always friendly and service-oriented.

Primarily the staff. Everyone seems to be happy in their work, they are efficient, polite, and all are very well trained. They seem also to be very appreciated by the guests when they arrive and really know their jobs.

The place was spotless and the people working there have a great attitude they made me feel welcomed, I’m coming back for sure

I order a gallon of iced tea. I get a free muffin when I complete a survey. My parents like the variety of food. It’s always an excellent experience.

I am guessing the person was a new hire. Great job in greeting customer. Had coffee on the go.

I expect an amazing experience each time I enter a la Madeleine cafe. I enjoy seeing the baked goods when I order at the register. I am prepared and know what I want to order, and the service is always correct.

The manager, Rita, took my order and was friendly and professional. When I had a small problem with my take-out, Stephanie quickly corrected it in a friendly manner.
