Mobile app did not apply the $3.00 disc. Very lovely Manager - always helpful and solves whatever mistake/error app system does not honor :) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS!!!

It was easy to order and my order was ready when I got there. Also, I was acknowledged right away by an employee. That counts a great deal to me.

Quiet enough to talk to my friends. Coffee is hot in the morning (it isn’t in the afternoon). Food is good.

Order taker (Edita) today greeted me with a smile and verbal greeting as she does whenever I come in and is always very pleasant. Adriana was also very pleasant when I ordered a baguete after the main course. Service is quick; sometime my meal is delivered before I have gotten my tea and utensils. Stephanie was very cheerful and cordial when she delivered the meal and baguette. This store allows substitutions or special arrangements (e.g. egg white omelet or sea salt baguette without salt and heated rather than toasted). Managers know health aspects of food (i.e. calories, sugar); I discussed the bread characteristics with general manager Rudy today

Everyone was just fantastic when I came in. The food tastes great and the wine was delicious. I wanted to know who the General manager or owner was because I wanted to send a nice email to let them know how well the staff here is doing
