I placed an order for dine in and it was great and fast

Charged 3 times for the same transaction because of error. Cashier said I will be reimbursed

We were there about 11 am on a Saturday. We weren't given water glasses or told where to get them when we paid. We had to return to the counter and ask the associate. She just pointed to them and didn't say anything even though she wasn't busy. I didn't see where they were and she eventually handed them to me. One of the 2 toilets in the ladies room were clogged and not flushed. I used the other and it wouldn't flush. I told the manager when we left and she said "Oh." My gallette was barely warm.

The line service staff/cashier was not the friendliest.

I ordered a sandwich tray and when it arrived the sandwiches were a bit messy and there were no vegetarian options.

Vegetable soup ordered was tasty and just the right amount of vegetable. Served hot along with the complimentary bread.

Our food took way to long to get. The presentation of the food we waited 20 minutes for was lacking. It was an overall disappointing experience.

Food took too long.

I always place a to go order but today I was with my daughter and was eating in. I was a little unsure of how you order if you aren't doing take out. The staff behind the counter seemed put off by my questions and were barely responsive. The were not many customers as we went through the line so we weren't holding things up. I asked for a baguette of bread and was told they would bring it to me. I had to ask the cashier about it after waiting about 5 min and she seems perturbed. Finally got the baguette but whole experience was not pleasant.

It's good but nothing over the top that would put my experience at high satisfaction
