Everything was fine except the cashier was extremely confused when I wanted to substitute a strawberry rhubarb for salad. I told him it was normal to just add 1.25 but he had to call someone else to verify. Didn't appear cashier had been trained appropriately. Even though restaurant was quite and there wasn't a line I had to repeat my order to him twice?

I ordered a cappuccino. After 20 minutes I returned to the counter to ask about the order, the cappuccino not having been brought to my table. Shortly thereafter, the "associate" made and brought the coffee to me, resolving the situation.

The servers were not friendly at all. The food is good but not excellent. Quiche Lorraine hardly had any ham. Should have been called a plain quiche.

The staff didn't seem please to serve, they were almost indifferent. I am used to more friendly service when I go somewhere and spend money. They were in no rush behind the counter nor at the cash register. Also, my salted baguette was stale. It was CERTAINLY not fresh from that day.

I'm not sure if you do an accurate job of estimating how many people your catering dishes will feed. I found your estimates to be slightly optimistic. Also, I wish there were more choices on the catering menu. But the food was very well received. People loved it. I just wish there was more of it. Or that I would have known to order more.

The complimentary bread was stale. I dined at 8:30p, so maybe the bread had been in the container for quite some time. The butter is not refrigerated.

The employees were very friendly and the food/beverage good. I have a couple of suggestions that I feel would raise this to a Highly Satisfied experience: (1) on the breakfast selections, discontinue serving the very small sliced tomatoes and serve sliced "Tomatoes on the Vine" or larger ones instead; and offer packets of Stevia sugar substitute which is not chemical like the other substitutes.

The food and service was great. I do think the cafe needs an update or remodel. I used to think that the food was overpriced however, I do enjoy the cafe samplers that you created a year ago. I think these samplers are a good value.
