The presentation of the sandwiches was a bit messy, and the chicken sandwiches were rather bland and flavorless - primarily bread, and not a lot of chicken (not to be confused with chicken salad). However, the pasta salad was delicious! And the delivery staff was very friendly and helpful! Additionally, when I called, I requested a discount code given that my order was over $250, and I was disappointed that both corporate and the local store were unable to extend any promotions, despite the fact that my company regularly orders from La Madeleine, and I had a promo code that had only recently expired.

My order does not accurate. I ordered a latte but an associate forgot about it. I bring to attention and reordered it. It was made quickly.

I was highly satisfied. Staff is great. Food is great!

One associate wasn’t familiar with the point system and also gave me the wrong food. Did not realize it until I got back to work and had to go back. Dalanda handled the situation EXCELLENTLY ! I will be coming back just because of her kindness !

Charged for full sandwich not half however staff took of it promptly

The restaurant eating area needs a refresh. The beverage station is not appealing. The food is good but need new menu offerings.

I was only able to get a small order of the quinoa kale salad as they were out of full serving. I feel the price i was charged was a little high considering i couldn't get my full portion

Gentlemen at the register seemed A bit confused. Temp of the soup was not very hot

I ordered food for catering. When they delivered it, I had security tell them to leave it with them as I am not always able to pick up immediately. The delivery person said she would need to take it back as they don't just "leave caterings". My security convinced her to leave the package, but in the future, we will just use another restaurant that is able to leave the orders for me to pick up.

The experience was great. Pleasant and clean atmosphere made it nice. Not to mention, the food was delicious.
