There was no other customers at the counter to order to go yet I could not attract the attention of a server for assistance for several minutes, although a woman was adding coffee beans a few feet away from me and two others were walking up and down the cafeteria line not busy.

Rushing to get to work very busy

I was supposed to receive a free cookie for this month’s Reward but the offer was not removed from my check. Loyalty shows full amount paid on receipt. I wouldn’t have ordered a cookie if it wasn’t free.

Potato soup was not very hot; bowl was not as full as in the past Tea costs too much

the food was very tasty - however the coffee was cold. my group was disappointed with that.

My chocolate croissant was good but not great. The layers were crispy and flaky but there was something missing from the overall flavor as it was a little bland.

I loved the atmosphere and food. The staff were wonderful. The other guests were the problems. Two children from the family seated near me were watching shows on their personal devices with the volume turned up. Another child across the cafe was loud and obnoxious, complaining he lost his connection to his XBox1. He continued whining and complaining for over 10 minutes. I have no issue with children being at the cafe. This situation was just particularly disruptive and the only reason I change my review from highly satisfied to satisfied.

It is highly unlikely that I would rate any restaurant Highly. It was good food. I did not have any problem and return to this location weekely with my wife

At check-out we learned that we were unable to use both the 20% off an order and the birthday dessert reward on the same visit. We were not advised of this at the time of order and if we were, we would have went to another restaurant for dinner and taken our dessert home. This created a series of voided transactions at the register which caused our checkout to take awhile. Our checkout process was not especially friendly but other cafe associates were friendly and even offered to reheat our dinner without us asking them to. Although we did stay and eat dinner, we were disappointed that we were unable to celebrate with my husband's birthday dessert. Our overall impression with this particular visit was that it was not customer friendly.
