The ambience is getting outdated, the workers do not smile or are enthusiastic (and this is in the morning), and the place is not getting as clean.

I dine frequently at La Madeleine, not this particular location, and love the brand. I was trying to redeem my reward for $2 off a pastry and the associate had a lot of trouble redeeming the offer. He definitely needs more training. The associate affiliated with this transaction #10368 Sam is not the person who rang me out. I believe he was a manager because he was wearing a red dress shirt (older gentleman with glasses). Being a Store Mgr of a retail establishment, I recognize when an employee needs training. There were no issues with the system or register. He just didn’t know how to ring me out. An apology for how long it took to ring me out would have been appreciated.

the quiche was not good. i had the quiche with ham in it and it was greasy and the crust was crumbly. It used to not be like this when i 1st started coming. Not sure if the recipe was changed.

One of the staff members use a cutting knife to cut a roll of pennies. He left it on the counter top to take the pennies to the cash register. That cutting knife was used to cut sandwiches. I brought it to his attention and he replaced it. Had I not let him know that I saw him cut the roll of pennies, I'm sure he would have left it there for another staff member to use to cut sandwiches. Disgusting.

I expected more in the sandwiches & salads for what I paid for. I could have gotten Jason's Deli for WAY LESS. The only GOOD PART WAS the Fruit tarts, which I love. delivery was early but not a problem. The hot lunches are better & worth the money

Cake was served cold. Who eats cold cake? When tasting it, the cake was not fresh. Also, teach your employees sanitary food handling techniques. The white female at the cash register was handling money and without washing her hands handling paper, flipping it back and forth in her hands, and then using it to handle the guests’ food.

Evidently your computers were down on the morning of 1.4.2021 and they didn't even know about the order until a bit late. It was to be delivered at 11:30. We started calling at 12:15 and it arrived at about 1:15. The staff was polite and helpful; my only issue was it was almost two hours late.

I'm not sure if the recipe/method for the Quiche Lorraine has changed or if mine was carelessly made but it is awful. The ingredients were not mixed in. It's all egg with a little ham on the bottom. This is NOT the Quiche Lorraine I remember with flavor and onions, etc.. I am very disappointed.

Although the food was delicious, it was 45 minutes late. The food was due at 11:45am with a 15 minute grace period. The food arrived at 12:30pm and required 15 minutes to set up. I had 9 people sitting in a boardroom with nothing to eat. The person being recognized had to leave the office at 1pm. After set, we discovered no salad was with the order. I had a vegetarian that could only eat rice and mushroom sauce due to a 1pm departure. The delivery staff was most pleasant and apologetic. She also delivered the salad at 1:30pm after 2 of the staff members had left the office for the day. I spent about $26 trying food on Monday to confirm an order for Friday, November 8, 2019. I placed the order on Wednesday over the phone and followed up the conversation with payment in the store. I called the store 7 times and no one could provide an ETA of food delivery on Friday. The first 2 callers asked "did you pay for the order"? I am disappointed in the level of service and would have expected better after my tasting and experience in the store November 4, 2019.

We have been a customer for 3 years or longer. It was always a pleasure being served by you. With new management is was less smooth. 1) They had to go back to truck 3 times to get items. 2) not set up by 9 am as was requested, our meetings start at 9:30 am 3) Trays were not tastefully set up, collapsed in the cradle 4) Did not leave the lids for the sterno, not not extinguish them. 5) Fruit salad only had: cantaloupe & honey mellon and a few grapes approx. 20? NO water mellon or pineapple as advertised, and in usual fruit salad served previously. All in all not a very positive experience.
