The order was supposed to arrive between 11:30 and 11:45. It arrived at 12 when my meeting was starting. Very unprofessional to be setting up food while people are entering the room. We are less than a mile from La Madeleine, there is no excuse. Very dissatisfied.

The front staff was not friendly to my family, no greeting, no hello how are you. I did see a smile from the front staff to the customer after me and with greeting manners. She seemed wanting us to order in a hurry even with no line behind us. After ordering, we had to wait for our yogurt parfait for 15 minutes. What should take a quick 5 minutes took much longer than our cooked omelette. We had to ask a staff who was cleaning up and then they addressed it with one of the front staff by the yogurt station and they were on their phone and finally took their time to make the yogurt. We enjoy the food and atmosphere of the cafe but the customer service from the staff felt very poorly trained to greet and serve. We are willingly to go back again but duly hope the staff's attitude are different
