Serkalem (Serki)was very polite and professional. She explained to me that she will bring the to go order to my table. I ordered my soup and it came to my table in a timely manner. Food quality was perfect and enjoyed it very much. Thank you! Serki asked me how my meal was ? You don't see this type of follow-up service in most place this days. She is an exemplary and a dedicated employee. Thank you Serki!

I just ordered a Double Espresso with Two extra Shots ( a Quad Espresso ). The associate had taken such an order before, so it was extremely easy for her to fulfill the order. She did an excellent job, and I got to enjoy savoring the espresso at the table next to the fireplace. It was a great experience.

The manager Alem had helped us before he is both friendly, speedy, and fantastic customer service!

Great food Great people

The staff are always friendly as soon as I enter. They ask what I'd like or allow me to figure out what I'd like. They'll suggest if I request it. While one gets me something from the bakery area , the other is usually taking care of my drink request. Lots of good etiquette exchanged between us as well. Merci.

People were very friendly and service was fast. Food came out quickly and seemed to be fresh. Tomato Basil soup is great.
