Yvener had excellent service!!! I love La Madeleine.

I have been coming to this location almost every day for many years and the service has always been outstanding. But now with this terrible pandemic carona virus situation, I have been coming here every day for curbside to go service and the service here is beyond outstanding in regard to the staff's concern for absolute health and safety of its customers. The General Manager Yvener Volcy and his staff are simply wonderful! They consider each and every customer as part of the La Madeleine "family!" They truly care about all of their patrons, and take every precaution to ensure they are completely protected and receive the very best service in this time of crisis. I solely depend on La Madeleine for my breakfast and would not consider going anywhere else. I hope you will recognize Mr. Volcy and his staff as outstanding representatives of your company. They all deserve special recognition and I firmly believe they deserve monetary bonuses!!

I got to see La Madeleine associates and the manager that I hadn't seen in months due to the Covid-19 virus. I was easily able to find a table socially distant from the other customers, and I had a most pleasant time. I would have liked to sit next to the fireplace, but there were some other customers close enough I decided to be more distant. Even so, it was a great time seeing the associates and the manager.

The cakes are the best in this area!

As you know the current virus crisis is terrifying to everyone, especially to those like me who are considered extremely vulnerable. I have been coming to this location for many years and during this current epidemic, the General Manager, Yvener Volcy, and his staff have been nothing less than exceptional! They treat their customers as "family" and, especially during the current situation, have taken every possible precaution to keep their customers absolutely safe and protected. That is why I come here nearly every morning for take out curbside service. I don't go anywhere else.

The cleanliness of the place is key. Friendly service and the food looks and taste fabulous!!!

They were about close but the associate allowed me to make an order to. I usually purchase (weekly basis) the 6 croissant bundle to go. They were out of ham & cheese but it was easily replaced with another choice. It's nice to have options!

After quarantined for over two months, my first lunch I had was wonderful with very friendly customer service. I am so happy the service I received.

Rahel was fantastic. She was really attentive despite having to deal with many other customers waiting for their order to be delivered to them. Great job !
