Great service from the staff, accommodating and friendly. Please sell half-quiches, however, it doesn't make sense to display something and not sell it... one time I visited (not this particular visit), I asked for a half quiche, and I was not given it, I was told it's impossible to order it. I offered to pay for a full quiche and just get half (I wasn't too hungry and didn't want to leave food on the plate) but the person said they couldn't do that. Everyone else is super friendly and accommodating, this was a weird exception.

Given that this was our first visit to La Madeleine, the staff went out of their way to explain to us the items on the menu. They were very friendly and helped us settle in to the ambiance of the restaurant. My wife and I marveled at the cleanliness of the restaurant, the freshness of the food, and the definite French taste of what we ordered.

the employees need to be more friendly and be more fluent in English. sometimes you cannot understand them and they are not very friendly kind of rude sometimes in taking your order, they take time to speak with each other in their language
