Employee was very friendly and nice. Seating area was clean and well put together. Their seating areas are very comfortable and clean as well. I enjoy my time every time I go.

Michelle is simply awesome. Whenever I'm at NP mall, I have the foodcourt option and a few other places, and if Michelle is working at LaMad, I always choose to eat with you. It seems like customer service in the restaurant industry is a thing of the past, but Michelle is a rare treat in this regard. She is simply superb and friendly and I always look forward to my next visit. Thank you Michelle for making me want to come eat at LaMad in NP mall!

It’s healthy and tasty food.....country potato soup and chicken Caesar salad are my husband and I favorite.......and always enjoy free toast.

The chocolate croissant was very good. The coffee was good. La Madeleine at Northpark center is a relaxing place to have a snack.
