Very satisfied

The order was not correct but we were able to fix the issue quickly.

The food was very good. The dissatisfaction came when I realized I had been charged TWICE for my meal on my debit card on August 24, 2020. I went to the bank to get a print-out of my account and saw a second charge for the same amount ($13.29) on the same day at La Madeleine. I will report this tomorrow on August 26, 2020 at the North Park Center La Madeleine because I cannot go out today. Hopefully, my account will be credited at that time.

Counter service was somewhat sluggish. It was towards the end of the day - sunday.

I ordered a chicken cesar salad. Too much salad not enough chicken.

people in line were slow to order what they want to eat. I have no patience for that.

Ms. Luz , Ms. Jimenez and Ms. Junita are OUTSTANDING - smiling, friendly, courteous and helpful. A small red shirt associate (Manger?) seems to be arrogant, loud and unattentive.

The process of ordering online (via browser) was a little hard. Everything else was perfect.

We tried new things that are delicious but, should have ordered the usual.

The cashier didn’t know the size of the quiche and did not ask for help right away.
