Been coming to your restaurants for over 25 plus yrs we were sad that you no longer offer your chicken caesar sandwich, also you guys took away your duets and increased way high your prices for the same for less food. Totally disappointed!

When I tried to place an order over the phone, I was placed on hold, while taking my order she began talking to another customer, then hung up on me.

The cheese was over cooked and dry on the sandwich I ate. The food was not hot by the time I ate. Other than that the flavors of the sandwich were delicious and as usual the salad was good also. I enjoy as well the cheer ful service when I asked for extra Parmesan for the Cesar salad.

Many times I have ordered coffee it is not fresh and it’s cold.

I ordered my meal an hour ahead of time and put in the time I would arrive. When I arrived I had to wait an add'l 10 min to receive since my meal was not ready. What makes this worst, I arrived 15 min late to pick up. I would of thought my order would of been ready by the time I arrived and it was not.

The salad I ordered had a lot of the stem of the lettuce & hardly any lettuce, was certainly a bit disappointed.
