your prices are high you changed the parisian sandwich to not include lettuce and tomato and didn't decrease the price you made the potato soup an additional cost when doing a combo!

I was given my order and almost left the store and decided to check my order as it seemed light, I realized I was missing half my order. I brought it to the staffs attention and was given the rest of my order. My regular store is closed for renovations and I had gone to the Northpark location which isn’t convenient for take out if I had gotten to my car or worse home with an incomplete order I would have been very upset. It’s really important on to go orders for staff to make sure it’s complete & it felt like it the staff member didn’t fully realize how important it was she just said “oops I didn’t prepare your order”

Onion soup cold extremely salty and cheese was not melted. Server was excellent and offered dry bread with the soup. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. You folks are better that that.

Had to ask for a bag for my multiple item take out. (She was nice enough though) Employee didn’t give me a receipt. She walked away and I tore it off the printer myself. Hardly a big deal, but seemed to show a lack of interest in her job as a whole. Also, the take out pastry display was minimal at best. The restaurant at Coit and Campbell is awesome. I was expecting the same at North Park and it was no where near.

lids for the jams don't on top of the containers, i also ordered a plain pesto pasta but got chicken in it (i'm a vegetarian) but i called the restaurant when i realized it and they are reimbursing me via a gift card

I love la Madeleine , it my favorite place for breakfast and lunch , however in this location the server and the one taking the order weren’t friendly or even smiling and one of the order was missing some items .

It is a very busy location being in the mall. I don't think that the associates can handle the amount of volume of visitors during rush hours. Overall the experience is good.

Food was barely warm and somewhat bland. Ingredients used were cheap. We could tell the broccoli was frozen and the mushrooms were canned. The entrees were comparable to TV dinners.

My quiche was cold. I ordered and paid for 4 cookies and only received 3.
