ordered the beef and parmesan potatoes, there were chunks of beef knuckle and hard tendon, hardly any beef. Won't be ordering this dish again.

The lettuce on the caesar salad appeared not fresh. Some pieces even appeared freezer burned or just old. The temperature of the Tomato Basil was mediocre. I frequent La Madeleine, on Lemmon Ave. Dallas often. The experience at Northpark mall was not good.

The employees (cashiers) were standing, talking and looking at me and Not saying a word to me while my food was waiting on their shelf. Another employee brought something that she thought was mine, cashiers were without masks on.

I hit the wrong bubble. I was highly satisfied, and am every time I go to a LaMadeleine! I'm a Mango tea drinker mostly, but liked the iced coffee with lots of cream! Thank you.

Evriting good but chicken la Madeleine sooo poor

My experience was awesome. No complaints

The food was brought over without the sauce making the chicken completely tasteless. When I brought the food back to the cafe to ask for the sauce, a bus person took my plate and gave it to the chief. The Bus person has the washing gloves on and was handling a lot of dirty dishes, I do not feel safe to eat the food after he took my dish and gave it to the chef.

I was satisfied. My croissant was a little hard around the edges but still great taste. My husband enjoyed his tart.
