la Madeleine

I was mostly satisfied with my experience with LaMadeleine. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere is inviting. The one thing I strongly think they can improve on is service. Often there is no one available to help with pastry orders and I end up waiting on customers who arrived after me. Sometimes I'm just standing there even though there are no other customers because no one acknowledges that I'm waiting to be helped.

The food was good. The people were nice. The service was good.

French onion soup had burnt onions and no meted cheese on top. was disappointing

I would like food to be a little warmer. The utensils were out of forks, but when asked the problem was fixed.

Order payment was mixed up, but service was good and food was tasty.

I reserve high satisfaction for impeccable service. The service is certainly above average, but it's inst perfect. I don't have any specific critiques.

The reason I was not as satisfied with this experience was not the fault of the company itself but rather the fact that I did not enjoy the chicken caesar sandwich as much as the caesar chicken croissant.

The lady who took my order asked if I wanted mushroom sauce on my friend but then didn’t put it on.

Although they were very friendly, there was a slight communication challenge when you order.

Person taking order in line was insensitive and/or inattentive.
