The food tastes good just like last year. Some people complained that it's too salty. Due to the Pandemic situation, we have asked to have individual boxed meal vs big catering tray, but feel the portion is significantly smaller than last year. We ordered for 20 people catering tray last year, but was able to feed 25 people with lots of left over. This year, we have ordered 33 individual boxed meals, a lot of people complained that the portion is very small and they are still hungry. Those are our feedbacks and hope the manager of the store can give me a call to discuss.

When I tasted the pecan pie, it was overly sweet. Halfway through my slice, I got surprisingly thirsty. I don't know how much sugar they put in it but aside from that, it was good overall.

There were no paper towels in the bathroom, the first time I went in. The second time I went to the bathroom, the trash was overflowing.

90% of the silverware we received had food residue on it. Our cups for tea had lipstick marks. We went through 3 before we found a clean one. Especially during this time with the pandemic...unacceptable!

I had to correct the order twice in person at the store, and when I got home with the Cafe Classics for 4 meal the strawberry bacon spinach salade was missing. This was my monthly trip home to visit my parents, and I wanted to make it a special occasion, but the problems filling my order were a great disappointment. I wish there were a customer service number to call too - I have been on hold for 23 minutes at the time of this feedback after I called and was asked to hold for the manager.

I find it exceedingly difficult to differentiate between being happy and VERY happy, thus "Highly Satisfied" would suggest that something extraordinary had happened. Such is not so.
