Found the cafeteria style ordering paired with a traditional menu a little awkward. The dessert case was difficult to view due to heavy condensation on the glass. It was unclear after ordering and paying where to go to get drinks and silverware.

That's a rating I rarely give any establishment. Your associates performed well. I enjoy the added "amenities" of bread, butter and jams.

I love the country potato soup, however, this time it was not completely towards my liking. The cheddar and bacon did not fit so well in the soup. It’s perfectly fine, I’ll get it without that next time.

The whole ordering process is very confusing and convoluted. Never have liked that part of going here. My husband ordered the Quiche Lorraine. Received the Quiche Florentine. He's practically finished with his, which he received in the line, while I have yet to receive my scrambled eggs crepe. Gotta be a better way.

The taste of our food was great, but the size of the sandwiches we ordered seems to be smaller every time. Not how they used to be. They are delicious, though!!

Highly satisfied would mean that everything was over the top. I very seldom feel everything is the best ever. Satisfied is a good rating to me. Occasionally I might say one or two components of my dining experience was the best ever.
