Waffles were dried and too sweet, I couldn’t finish it because of sweetness.

The amount of soup for the price could be larger. Also the croissant could have been warm- there should be an option for that.

Because the contact name was switched to another, the order got lost and I had to reorder everything. I had to ask someone to come a bus the tables.

We placed the order in person at the Buford location 2 weeks in advance. We expected an email confirmation, as we had to place the order on paper because the catering staff was not available. We never received confirmation. Two days in advance, we called the store, and were routed to a non-store location. The rep tried to reach the store. No answer. She took the order again, as it was not in the system. Apparently, the first order was entered the day before the event. Now two orders existed. We worked it out, but we almost went elsewhere because of the difficulty in getting anything confirmed.

Overall was great. Butter on my sandwich was a little gritty which I find happens when it’s been sitting out for extended periods. Otherwise great

I know it was a very busy night, but when we got our food, it was barely luke warm. But, the staff was running around quite busy and we were hungry, so we ate it. It tasted good - it just wasn't hot. I have eaten at this location numerous and have always had good service.
