Mix up in my order and it took long to get it resolved

-My friend and I came to sit on a table and found a tray on a table belonging to someone finished eating. -The bread appetizer was not fresh.

We ordered the Fruit tart - large. The pastry for the tart was much harder and almost brittle. It has never been like that before. The cream filling was excellent as was the fruit, but the distraction with the crust came with each bite.

I very rarely rate an experience as highly satisfied. I think there is always room for improvement and thus rated my experience as high as I rate - satisfied. la Madeleine is one of my favorite restaurants and I recommend trying the coconut cream cake to my friends and relatives all of the time. It is a welcome change from all the other restaurants and the food/pastries are always top notch and totally yummy!

I have been to this location several times. Those visits were not very good. I've had poor service from a manager. The food presentation was not good. And overall I found this store to be inconsistent. So I am hesitant to give a "highly satisfied " until I see this store performing consistently on all levels. There definitely is improvement.

Very nice lady who delivered … The problem was our sandwiches were mixed up. They were labeled one thing and a different type of sandwich was in the box. Internet was down when trying to place an order saying the website was compromised so the order had to be called in. Other than that, it was a nice meal just caused a lot of frustration for people who picked up a box lunch and didn't get what they thought. Especially, due to Covid it was nothing that could be picked up and switched out for safety reasons.

Ordered turkey Brie and the Supposed “Brie” tasted more like cream cheese, NOT LIKE BRIE that I’m familiar with

I was hungry so it was good I had got what I asked for which one nice and I had also finished what I got which means that it was not bad so ye.

Scrambled eggs were not real, cracked eggs.
